4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website and design.Acend AI retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.Any third-party assets or software used in development remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Revisions & Modifications

Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions as specified in their contract.Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

6. Termination of Services

Acend AI reserves the right to terminate services if a client breaches these terms or engages in unethical or illegal activities.Clients may terminate services with a written notice, but refunds will be subject to the refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Acend AI is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or performance of a website.

Acend AI agrees to keep all client information confidential unless required by law.Clients agree not to disclose proprietary methodologies or business processes of Acend AI.
